How to make a comment?
1. Use this to open a comment box for your chosen Section, Part, Heading or clause.
2. Type your feedback into the comments box and then click "save comment".
3. When you have finished making comments click on the "Continue to Step 2" button at the very bottom of this page.
Important Information
Your connection may time out due to inactivity. To avoid losing your comments or corrupting your entries, we suggest:

Do not jump between web pages/applications or log comments for more than one document at a time.

Do not leave your submission halfway through. If you need to take a break, submit your current set of comments. The system will email you a copy of your comments so you can identify where you were up to and add to them later.

Do not exit from the interface until you have completed all three stages of the submission process.
(1) Charles Darwin University (CDU) and Flinders University partner to deliver a medical degree in the Northern Territory. CDU offers a pathway to medicine through the Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (WCSCI1), with twelve (12) places per year for eligible students. (2) This procedure details the transfer process should one of the 12 places in the Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (WCSCI1) become available. (3) This procedure applies to domestic students at CDU who are enrolled in, but have not yet completed, a Bachelor degree and hold year 12 qualifications. (4) In order to ensure there are twelve (12) students ready to commence the Northern Territory Medical Program (NTMP) each year, currently enrolled CDU students are invited to transfer into the Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (WCSCI1) should a vacancy occur. (5) Course transfers are only permitted prior to the commencement of Semester 1 and 2. (6) Students may be invited to course transfer if they meet the following conditions: (7) If there is more than one candidate with the same GPA, the GPA will be scored on the relevant subjects used if the course transfer were to occur. If rankings are not able to separate students, interviews will take place. (8) Eligible students wanting to transfer into the NTMP will need to demonstrate: (9) In order for students to progress to the Doctor of Medicine in the NTMP, they will be required to pass all units and gain a GPA of 5 (Credit) or above within the two (2) years of the Bachelor of Clinical Science (10) Non-compliance with Governance Documents is considered a breach of the Code of Conduct – Staff or the Code of Conduct – Students, as applicable, and is treated seriously by the University. Reports of concerns about non-compliance will be managed in accordance with the applicable disciplinary procedures outlined in the Charles Darwin University and Union Enterprise Agreement 2022 and the Code of Conduct – Students. (11) Complaints may be raised in accordance with the Complaints and Grievance Policy and Procedure - Employees and Complaints Policy - Students.
