How to make a comment?
1. Use this to open a comment box for your chosen Section, Part, Heading or clause.
2. Type your feedback into the comments box and then click "save comment".
3. When you have finished making comments click on the "Continue to Step 2" button at the very bottom of this page.
Important Information
Your connection may time out due to inactivity. To avoid losing your comments or corrupting your entries, we suggest:

Do not jump between web pages/applications or log comments for more than one document at a time.

Do not leave your submission halfway through. If you need to take a break, submit your current set of comments. The system will email you a copy of your comments so you can identify where you were up to and add to them later.

Do not exit from the interface until you have completed all three stages of the submission process.
(1) Charles Darwin University (‘the University’, ‘CDU’) encourages staff to develop their knowledge, skills, and experience for the benefit of themselves, the University community, and society. (2) The University supports staff undertaking employment outside of their role within CDU, provided that the strategic interests and operational requirements of the University are not adversely affected. (3) The purpose of this policy and procedure is to provide guidance to all employees of the University who may undertake paid or unpaid employment outside of their role with CDU. (25) Non-compliance with Governance Documents is considered a breach of the Code of Conduct – Staff or the Code of Conduct – Students, as applicable, and is treated seriously by the University. Reports of concerns about non-compliance will be managed in accordance with the applicable disciplinary procedures outlined in the Charles Darwin University and Union Enterprise Agreement 2022 and the Code of Conduct – Students. (26) Complaints may be raised in accordance with the Code of Conduct – Staff and Code of Conduct - Students.
