Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The policy underwent a scheduled review in accordance with governance document review cycles. The policy was updated to offer more information on best practice use for social media activity considered to be of an official nature. Further, it was expanded to offer further insight on the public nature of social media, even where used in a private or personal capacity.
