Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The procedure was refined so that unnecessary and outdated content was removed.
The tables were simplified and updated to reflected current practice around internal and regulatory reporting requirements and their associated timeframes for submission.
The roles and responsibilities section was refined and clarified.
