Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The policy has been amended to ensure compliance with the revised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Standards which come into effect on 1 July 2025. A new clause (15) was added detailing the requirement for select individuals to complete a Fit and Proper Person declaration.
Clause 18 was revised to list the RTO Compliance Standards 2025 and the RTO Outcome Standards 2025 and to remove the RTO Standards 2015.
