Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Some grammatical errors were corrected, and sentence structure was amended to improve readability.
In addition, the following noteworthy amendments were made:
Updating references to legislation, CDU policy, and the delegations register (clauses 5, 9, 20, 21(b)(iii), and 30);
Added contact points to receive incident reports (clause 18 and a reference to student counselling (clause 58a, where the Employee Assistance Program was already mentioned);
Removed reference to the position of Manager Accommodation Services, as it no longer exists (Clause 22);
Sentences regarding the police's duty to notify next of kin of the death of their family member (clauses 32(b) and 49) and death as a notifiable incident under WHS legislation (clause 54); and
Clause 47(f): A sentence was added regarding disclosure of information and compliance with privacy and health information laws, as well as CDU's Privacy and Confidentiality Policy.
