Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This policy and procedure have been fully reviewed as scheduled. Revisions aimed to enhance clarity and readability. The document's scope has been broadened to include new requirements, such as requiring new employees to apply for an NPC and submit proof of lodgment. Additional clauses now address current employees transferring internally, exemptions from NPC requirements, and employees working outside the NT. Contact information related to NPCs has been updated. Furthermore, the section on procedures after an adverse assessment has been expanded to permit indefinite retention of the Risk Assessment Form.
