Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Recruitment and Selection Policy was reviewed in accordance with the governance document review timeframes. Extensive changes were made to the document primarily centered upon:
- ensuring the document complies with the revised RTO outcome standards being released on 1 July 2025;
- added links to other relevant governance documents; and
- new content on identified positions, approvals, interview requirements, reference check requirements, direct appointments, and retaining evidence.
