Summary of Changes from Previous Version

28 February 2023 – This version of this document was approved for implementation from 6 March 2023, but was revoke and replaced before it came into effect. Please refer to Version 3.

This policy and procedure has been amended to clarify the "Assessment validation and moderation" and "Review of a marked assessment item" provisions. Some spelling and grammar corrections have also been made.
