Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This policy and procedure has undergone a twelve month post implementation scheduled review. The importance of confidentiality was reinforced via a new clause (20), and for enquires of any nature to be directed to the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant rather than People and Culture more broadly, except where appeals are concerned (clause 37, 38 and 39).

Minor amendments were made to titles and team names, the Australian Disability Network link updated, and references to 'staff' changed to 'employees.'
