Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The policy and procedure was amended to ensure managers take greater responsibility for workplace adjustments, with the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Consultant providing support when necessary. Managers now have the responsibility to approve workplace adjustments up to $5,000 which was previously the responsibility of the Director People and Culture.
