Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This policy has undergone a comprehensive scheduled review to ensure alignment with the University's offerings and course management system. Certain sections have been moved to other governance documents or removed where they already overlapped. Wording has been changed for readability and brevity. Certain information has been removed from the policy and turned into definitions in the Governance Document Library glossary.
