Summary of Changes from Previous Version
- The word 'intimate' added to the description of private relationships in clause 8 to align with the National Code.
- New clause (19) added to describe the requirements for intimate personal relationships to be declared under the National Code.
- Clause 25 amended to include all staff involved in conflict of interest declarations being required to adhere to the Privacy and Confidentiality policy.
- New clause 26 describing the anti-discrimination protections for employees making declarations who are of diverse sexual orientation and gender identity.
