Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Whistleblower Reporting (Improper Conduct) Procedure underwent a scheduled review. This coincided with new directives and guidelines from ICAC regarding the handling of voluntary protected communications and the minimisation of retaliation against protected persons. As such, changes were made throughout the document to ensure it reflected current legislative requirements for those both making and receiving whistleblower protected communications.
