Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The document was reviewed as part of the one year post implementation review cycle.
Clause 7 was modified to direct readers to submit an Alternative Public Holiday eform prior to the gazetted public holiday and a new clause was added with further guidelines around supervisor consultation and operational needs.
Minor changes were also made to position titles throughout the document.
