Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This procedure has undergone a scheduled review.
Clause 8 has been added to align with the mandatory reporting requirements in the Northern Territory.
Clause 13 has been deleted.
Clause 14 has been amended to reflect that a domestic violence leave request can now be submitted through the new system in addition to the existing application methods.
