Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The substantive changes to this document were:
- New clause (15.b) articulating that employees should not accept gifts from students.
- Clause (14) amended to recommend employees seek advice from their senior manager and/or Governance before accepting gifts. Previously the requirement was to seek approval which was not practical or fit for purpose.
- Clarified the wording of clause (20) around the acceptance of gifts from commercial vendors and subsequent recusal requirements.
- New clause (6) excluding token gifts from scope.
- Added links to the Conflicts of Interest Policy, the Donations and Gifts Acceptance Policy and the Delegations Register throughout the document.
- Minor amendments throughout the document to improve clarity.
