Summary of Changes from Previous Version

New standing exceptions were added (clause 30 b., m., n.) being: suppliers listed as a collaborative research partner in a grant funding application, procurement from a CDU controlled entity such as Menzies, and goods under $50,000 from an appropriately certified First Nations businesses.
New clauses on the review and approval of contract extensions – (clauses 34 and 35) were added.
