Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The glossary term for â€~discrimination’ has been revised to include the additional protected attributes which were introduced into the Anti-Discrimination Act 1992 (NT). The legislation has been linked to the associated information section of the policy.
An additional clause (9) was added to reference Positive Duty requirements which will be activated on 1 January 2025 in accordance with legislative changes.
References to 'staff' were updated to 'employees' to make the document consistent with the CDU Enterprise Agreement 2022.
