- Cash Management Policy and ProcedureThis policy and procedure provides guidance on the requirements for the safe handling, receiving, safeguarding, transporting, depositing and recording of University cash assets; ensures that cash management practices are consistent and transparent; and safeguards and protects University cash assets and staff involved in the receipting and collection of cash or cash equivalents.
- CDU Express Offering Policy and ProcedureThis policy and procedure provides a framework for non-accredited non-award courses. CDU Express subjects are offered through CDU Express.
- Chemical Management Procedure This procedure outlines necessary steps for the safe management of chemicals and provides a framework for identification of hazards, assessment of risks and determination of risk control strategies so that all persons involved with procuring, using, handling, storing and disposing of chemicals and chemical waste are proactive towards safety.
- Child Abuse Allegation and Reporting ProcedureThis procedure outlines the process that must be followed in responding to, and reporting, suspected or alleged cases of child exploitation or abuse.
- Child Safety PolicyThe intention of this document is to define clearly the obligations of both the University and staff members, students, contractors and volunteers with regards to the Care and Protection of Children Act 2007, specifically, the Working with Children Clearance and associated Ochre Card.
- Children on University Premises PolicyThis document explains the circumstances under which children may be permitted to access certain parts of the University premises and the obligations and responsibilities of the child’s parent/guardian.
- Code of Conduct - EmployeesThe Code of Conduct - Employees articulates and supports the expectation of Charles Darwin University that all employees will adhere to the highest standards in their conduct and behaviour in relation to both their work practices and the University.  All University employees are expected to perform their work with respect to the minimum standards and obligations outlined in this code, and carry out their duties ethically, efficiently and fairly.
- Code of Conduct - StudentsThe Student Code of Conduct defines the expected standard of student behaviour at the University. The Code provides the framework for dealing with instances of alleged student misconduct.
- Complaints and Grievance Policy and Procedure - EmployeesThis document outlines the University’s process for managing employee grievances and resolving conflict in the workplace, including conduct that may constitute a breach of the University’s workplace policies, including, but not limited to the University’s Staff Code of Conduct and Charles Darwin University and Union Enterprise Agreement.

- Conferral and Certification PolicyThis policy outlines the University’s approach to conferral and certification of awards, including graduation ceremonies.
- Confined Space ProcedureThis procedure outlines the requirements for the management of and entry into confined spaces in the University’s workplaces; with the intention of minimising or eliminating risks So far as Reasonably Practicable (SFARP) to people who enter and carry out work in those spaces.
- Conflicts of Interest PolicyThis document establishes the principles by which University staff and members of the University community are to judge whether a matter represents a conflict of interest, and the responsibilities they hold to the University in relation to such conflicts.
- Conflicts of Interest ProcedureThis procedure enacts the principles established by the Conflicts of Interest Policy and provides details on the nature of conflicts of interest, guidance on how to identify, declare and manage real, potential, and perceived conflicts of interest.
- Conscientious Objection ProcedureThis document outlines how students can notify teaching staff of conscientious objections and outlines how staff must respond to requests for modified or alternative tasks.
- Contract Management Policy and ProcedureThis policy and procedure outlines the principles and associated requirements prior to entering into a contract on behalf of the University, including the requirement to seek legal advice in certain circumstances.
- Copyright PolicyThis policy outlines the University's expectations regarding the use of copyright content for educational, research and non-commercial purposes and informs and supports members of the University community to maximise the legal use of copyright material while minimising the risk of copyright infringement.
- Copyright ProcedureThis procedure explains the University's expectations regarding the use of copyright content for educational, research and non-commercial purposes, and how the University will meet its legal obligations under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) (the Act). This procedure informs and supports staff, students and other members of the University community to maximise the legal use of copyright material to benefit the University while ensuring the rights of copyright owners are respected and the risk of copyright infringement is minimised.

- Course Professional Accreditation ProcedureThis document outlines the University’s approach to the professional accreditation of courses by accrediting bodies.
- Course Transfer Procedures - Bachelor of Clinical SciencesCharles Darwin University and Flinders University partner to deliver a medical degree in the Northern Territory. CDU offers a pathway to medicine through the Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (WCSCI1), with twelve (12) places per year for eligible students.
This procedure details the transfer process should one of the 12 places in the Bachelor of Clinical Sciences (WCSCI1) become available.
- Criminal History Checks Policy and ProcedureThe purpose of this policy is to specify requirements for criminal history checks for the University’s staff.
- Critical Incident and Emergency Management Policy and ProcedureThis policy provides the framework and rationale to plan for, respond to, and manage critical incidents and emergencies as they may occur at CDU. It is intended to ensure that critical incidents are managed effectively and compassionately and to enable a â€~whole-of-University’ approach. This policy enables the University to have clear decision-making processes for managing and reporting on critical incidents to ensure that each case is managed effectively, consistently, and expeditiously. This policy also fulfils the specific responsibilities the University has to international students during a critical incident or emergency.
