- Web Management Policy and ProcedureThis policy and procedure outlines the University’s approach to managing its online presence through the cdu.edu.au domain, its subdomains, and other approved websites. It ensures the University’s website contains accurate and current information and is fit for purpose for communicating with the University community and external stakeholders.
- Whistleblower Reporting (Improper Conduct) ProcedureThis procedure provides guidance on how University staff and members of Council can fulfil their reporting obligations under the ICAC Act should they become aware of any form of misconduct or corruption that within the scope of the ICAC. The procedure also outlines the appropriate responses that should be undertaken by the University should a report be made.
- WHS Incident and Investigation ProcedureThis procedure provides the framework for incident notification, reporting, classification and investigation for all University campus’ and facilities. This ensures all work health and safety (WHS) incidents including near misses are reported, recorded and sufficiently investigated to produce appropriate corrective actions to minimise the chance of repeat incidents.
- Work Health and Safety PolicyThe purpose of this policy is to ensure that no person is harmed while working, studying or visiting the University.
- Work Integrated Learning PolicyThis policy outlines the University’s principles for ensuring Work Integrated Learning (WIL) is fit for purpose, embedded in curriculum and supports scaffolded learning along a continuum of experience to enhance student learning and readiness for employment.
- Working at Heights ProcedureThis procedure details the necessary measures that should be taken to ensure the safety of any person who works with a risk of falling at any University work location or while engaged in any University activity. Fall hazards can be found anywhere work is carried out at height or where there is a below ground drop.
- Working Off-campus ProcedureThis procedure outlines the commitment from CDU in ensuring a flexible, safe and healthy workplace for all employees, including those who undertake work off-campus, including work from home. It also frames the circumstances around when employees are entitled to request, the conditions to be adhered to and the necessary measures to be taken when in a flexible work arrangement.
- Working with Children Clearance ProcedureThis procedure outlines the University's approach to the use of the Working with Children Clearance.
- Workplace Adjustment Policy and ProcedureThe University is committed to removing barriers to success and participation for employees with ongoing or temporary disability, illness, or injury in the workplace. This document informs staff how to request workplace adjustments and describes the procedure the University will follow to assess and implement adjustments. The document outlines the principles, procedures and responsibilities to foster a culture that encourages and supports workplace adjustments when they are required.
